Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://hub.golive.vegas and the GLV Network mobile applications operated by Go Live Vegas ("Go Live Vegas," "we," "us") from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access is limited to creators, managers, affiliates, and staff onboarded by Go Live Vegas. Accounts are provisioned by our administrators after agency onboarding.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us at info@golive.vegas if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must meet TikTok's age and eligibility requirements for any TikTok-connected features.

Optional connected-account features use TikTok Login Kit and Display API under TikTok for Developers Terms. Your TikTok account remains subject to TikTok's Terms and Community Guidelines.

Scopes we request (user.info.basic, user.info.stats, video.list) are described in our Privacy Policy and API integration page. You may disconnect at any time in Settings.

Go Live Vegas is not TikTok. See Platform relationship for platform disclaimers.

You must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, doxing, unauthorized access attempts, scraping, spam, fraud, or interfering with other members or the service.

Chat, forum, and Creator Home content may be retained for moderation and safety (see Privacy Policy). We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

Training materials, agency announcements, and hub software are owned by Go Live Vegas or its licensors. Do not redistribute proprietary playbooks outside the network without permission.

You retain ownership of content you post, including Creator Home text, photos, and videos. You grant Go Live Vegas a non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content within the hub for community and operational purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Coaching and growth guidance is educational; TikTok performance depends on many factors outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO LIVE VEGAS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR TIKTOK INTEGRATION.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Live Vegas from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or TikTok's policies.

Go Live Vegas may suspend or terminate hub access if you violate these Terms or leave the agency roster. TikTok account status is separate and governed by TikTok.

You may delete your account in Settings → Delete account (or My Account in the app), or email info@golive.vegas for help.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
