Go Live Vegas ("Go Live Vegas") operates https://hub.golive.vegas and the GLV Network mobile apps for invited creator agency members and staff from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the web portal, mobile apps, and optional TikTok API integration.

Account & profile: @handle, display name, email, phone (if provided), password (stored hashed), role, tier, niche, manager assignments, and onboarding status.

Connected account data (optional): If you connect TikTok in Settings, we store OAuth access/refresh tokens, `open_id`, `union_id`, display name, avatar URL, follower/like stats, and metadata for your recent public videos via TikTok's official API.

Community & support: Creator Home profiles/posts/media, forum posts, group-chat messages (retained up to ~14 days for moderation), one-to-one private messages, message requests, battle sign-ups, support tickets, reports, blocks, and notifications.

Technical & device: Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps), session cookies for authentication, and optional web/mobile push tokens if you enable notifications.

Webhooks: TikTok may send event payloads to our webhook endpoint to maintain connected accounts; we process only what is needed for the integration.

user.info.basic — Display your TikTok display name, avatar, open_id, and union_id in your creator profile after you connect in Settings. Fields: open_id, union_id, avatar_url, display_name.

user.info.stats — Show follower count, likes, and related public stats on your hub profile and agency leaderboard (only after you authorize). Fields: follower_count, following_count, likes_count, video_count.

video.list — List your recent public TikTok videos in the hub so managers and you can review performance — read-only; we do not post or edit videos. Fields: video id, title/description, cover image URL, view/like counts, share URL, create time.

Authenticate members, operate the creator hub, display profiles, Creator Home pages, and leaderboards, schedule battles, moderate chat/forums/Creator Home posts, respond to support tickets, send optional service emails and push notifications, and improve agency operations.

TikTok-sourced data is used only to show your connected profile and stats inside the hub and for agency coaching — not for advertising profiles sold to third parties.

We do not sell personal information.

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the hub), with your consent (TikTok connection, push notifications), and for legitimate interests (security, moderation, fraud prevention).

We share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations. TikTok receives and provides data when you use TikTok OAuth, subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect members, the agency, or the public.

Group-chat transcripts expire after approximately 14 days unless retained for an active investigation. One-to-one private messages are retained while the conversation and both accounts remain active; reported material may be retained for moderation, safety, or legal needs. Account data is kept while you remain an active member and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational needs.

TikTok tokens and synced data are deleted when you disconnect TikTok or delete your account.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

Connected account disconnect: Settings → Disconnect TikTok revokes API access and removes synced TikTok data from our systems.

Access, correction, deletion: Use Settings → Delete account to start self-service deletion, or email info@golive.vegas to request a copy of your data, corrections, or help with deletion.

Cookies: Session cookies are required for sign-in. You can control other cookies through your browser.

Depending on your location (including EEA/UK/California), you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests within applicable timeframes.

The hub is intended for agency creators who meet TikTok's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have collected such data.

Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.

The hub may link to TikTok, our main website, or other third parties. Their privacy practices govern those sites.

Connected account features are also subject to TikTok Privacy Policy and Developer Terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy; the "Last updated" date will change. We may notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
