Child Safety Standards

GLV Network is a public creator community and onboarding hub operated by Go Live Vegas. Access to member tools requires an account after eligibility and creator onboarding, but the app is not a private internal business app.

These Child Safety Standards apply to https://hub.golive.vegas, the GLV Network mobile apps, creator profiles, chat, forums, support tickets, and any user-generated content or communications available through the service.

Go Live Vegas has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, links to exploitative material, or attempts to use the service to exploit or endanger children.

Content or behavior involving minors must follow applicable law, TikTok platform rules, and GLV Network community standards. We remove violating content and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in child-safety violations.

Users can report safety concerns in-app through Support, reporting tools, or by emailing info@golive.vegas. Please include the account, profile, message, post, or other detail needed for us to investigate.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local law enforcement first. In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation can also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

Go Live Vegas reviews reported safety concerns and may remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, disable accounts, block users, or escalate issues when needed to protect users and comply with law.

We do not allow users to use GLV Network to target minors, request sexual content, distribute exploitative material, evade platform safety rules, or coordinate off-platform abuse.

When we become aware of apparent CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action, which may include preserving evidence and reporting to regional or national authorities, including NCMEC in the United States when applicable.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and platform partners when needed to investigate child-safety threats.

GLV Network is intended for creators and future creators who meet applicable age and platform eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that an under-13 child provided personal information or that an account is being used in a way that creates a child-safety risk, we will take appropriate action, including deletion, restriction, or escalation where required.
